At Little Tin Co, we are re-imagining the time-honoured tradition of canning, by preserving premium, in-season Australian seafood in tins that can be enjoyed anytime, anywhere. Oh… and we even can our products locally, by hand in our small batch South Australian cannery.

LOCALLY sourced seafood not only helps support our local economy, but it also ensures our supply chain is transparent, giving us confidence that we are producing equitable, premium and sustainably produced seafood harvested using ethical sourcing practices.
Supporting LOCAL FISHERS AND FOOD PRODUCERS helps to promote a more resilient and sustainable food system, with less reliance on imported products and food miles.
Tinned seafood has a rich and varied history that dates back centuries. What started out as a way to produce nutritious shelf-stable food has now evolved into an artisanal delicacy.
Little Tin Co is reimagining the art of tinned seafood by creating delicious AUSTRALIAN SOURCED seafood products that can be enjoyed on their own, used to pimp a platter, or as a FLAVOUR BOMB in a variety of recipes.
We work with chefs, great cooks and food lovers using fresh flavours and quality ingredients to create premium, delicious preserved seafood.
At Little Tin Co, we are committed to sustainability and strive to ensure that we contribute to a HEALTHY MARINE SYSTEM for generations to come.
When developing a new product, we carefully consider each species, the location it is sourced and the fishing techniques or aquaculture methods used in its harvest.
To that end, we source our seafood from RESPONSIBLY MANAGED FISHERIES that prioritise sustainability and the health of the ocean.
