Grilled Australian Salmon & Nduja Toastie
INGREDIENTS:
2 tins of Little Tin Co Wild Australian Salmon in Nduja.
4 slices of your favourite bread.
125 grams of melting cheese (Mozzarella, Gruyère, Fontina).
Butter for spreading.
Mixed Italian herbs.
METHOD:
Evenly spread Australian salmon in Nduja on half of the bread slices.
Top with most of the cheese and sandwich with the remaining bread.
Butter the top of each sandwich, then top with the remaining cheese and mixed herbs.
Air-fry on high heat for 8 minutes or grill in oven.
TO SERVE:
Garnish with extra mixed herbs.
