At the helm, stands Andrew and Julie Scholz - for over three and a half decades Andrew has crisscrossed the globe as a consultant, paving avenues for culinary innovation on an international stage. Beside them, a maestro of flavours, Chris Chilvers, dons the hat of Culinary Technologist and Product Development Manager. With eighteen years of expertise under his belt, Chris lends his distinctive touch, ensuring we hit maximum taste through the canning process. Lastly (but not least), is Mike Moffat, the Quality Assurance and Technical Specialist who ensures each little tin is of the highest standard before leaving the cannery.
Their partnership is not only defined by numbers and titles, but by a shared passion for culinary ingenuity. Their expertise in thermal processing, commercial kitchens, packaging, and shelf life forms the cornerstone of their craft.
