Wild Australian Salmon in Nduja Pasta.
INGREDIENTS:
1x 110g tin Little Tin Co. Wild Australian Salmon in Nduja.
200 g Spaghetti.
Extra olive oil for drizzling.
Handful of parsley.
Parmesan cheese.
Cracked black pepper to taste.
METHOD:
Cook pasta until al dente and drain, reserving 1/4 cup of cooking water.
Stir through Australian Salmon in Nduja, reserved water, a good drizzle of olive oil and parsley.
*Tip: Use some of the reserved cooking water to get the remaining sauce out of the can.
TO SERVE:
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and cracked black pepper.
